We will accept any product in its original package for up to 14 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to call for an RMA number. Items returned without authorization will be deducted 10%. Items need to returned in original condition with hangers. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders on party dresses and shipping costs are not refunded. Clearance merchandise (merchandise 50% off or more) considered FINAL SALE. If you need another size we will try to do the exchange for you. Sale merchandise 30% off and more is given store credit.Please refer to our size charts for any questions on sizing or you can email or call us for additional help. Any FREE shipping charges will also be deducted from return. Christening merchandise is final sale. Holiday merchandise becomes final the date of the holiday. Hair Accessories and swimsuits are non-returnable. Please refer to our size charts or call/email for size info.

PREORDERS are when you make an order for something in advance of the shipping date. This item is then reserved for you and shipped as soon as it arrives into the store. You can pay in full when ordering your PREORDER merchandise online or call us to leave a deposit. |
