Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call for a return number. When doing a return please note that we do not refund the shipping charges and there is a 10% restocking fee. Clearance merchandise (50% off or more) can be returned for store credit only. If you need any help with sizes, please refer to our size charts or you can email or call us for additional help.

What if I don’t want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That’s fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose “check” or “phone” as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we’ll ship your order.

How much is shipping?

We ship usps priority mail which generally takes 2-3days. Shipping costs ranges from $3.85-$7.70 depending upon weight. The shipping amount gets added onto your final order once received.
